But in some cases, this is not enough: complex platforms, congested shops, lack of personnel or equipment…

FLOORS – Upstairs or backroom delivery

 

Your customer can’t get away from his daily routine and can’t get to the entrance to receive his order?  

  • You tell us where to deliver the order (floor, department, storeroom, etc.).
  • If necessary, you give us the access code.
  • Our driver is contractually authorized to go beyond the building entrance..

UNPALLET – Depalletizing and overpack take-back  

 

Your customer is running out of time, space or equipment to depalletize his order?

  • The driver removes and recovers the protective plastic film.
  • He unloads the packages one by one.
  • If applicable, he recovers the returnable pallet.
